Light Language Activations

Are you wanting to kickstart your life on all dimensions of existence? Light language activations are a way to clear your energy bodies and remove obstacles on your path to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

“Light language is your Soul’s language that holds your unique frequency or essence. Think of light as information — and light language is a channel through which you bring that subtle information forward into the physical reality.

It’s also a unique form of communication and connection with your spirit and Source. This is why it is a powerful modality for healing, clearing, upgrading, and receiving spiritual guidance.

According to Regan Hillyer, internationally renowned manifestation coach and trainer of Mindvalley’s The Art of Manifesting Quest, it’s the only language that can heal, that can be felt with the heart, that can be touched, that can be heard from within. This is the language of the Soul.” (MindValley.com)

Healing Mantras

These mantras are a powerful tool to change your life and keep your day going right. I’ve compiled a list below of ones I recommend listening to daily.

Chanting mantras—powerful sound vibrations that contain energies said to be the embodiment of the divine—can be done individually or in a group setting through kirtan. Kirtan is a practice of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. The lead singer sings to the audience, and they sing back. Audience members play a vital role in the music through their singing, clapping, dancing, and the transformative devotional energy that they collectively and individually bring to the experience.” (Kripalu.com)

If you don’t have time to chant, listening to these will help facilitate greater ease in your day.

Spiritual Tools

I’ve included a list of helpful miscellaneous tools and healers below. Many people use ASMR videos to aid them with calming down and unwinding after a long day to kicking addictive patterns to mild substances.

“ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response; a term used to describe a tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensation in response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli.”

(Nebraska Medicine 2022)

“Preliminary research suggests that ASMR shares sensory pathways with experiences like becoming elated by a piece of music or feeling a shiver of delight at something aesthetically pleasing. One study used magnetic resonance imaging to visualize the brains of people experiencing ASMR. The researchers reported seeing significant spikes in neural activity in the regions of the brain associated with emotion and reward.

They found interesting physiological differences between the two experiences as well. Where aesthetic “chills” were found to raise heart rate and respiration, ASMR did the opposite. An ASMR study in 2017 found participants’ heart rates and breathing slowed, as occurs in relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga… Whether ASMR is a physiological oddity or may be a potential therapeutic tool remains to be seen.” (UCLA Health)
